Founders

The initiators of the LendMN project began their research in 2015 by establishing a company called Nomad Invest in Mongolia. By early 2016, the project’s first phase of funding, 1 million USD was received from both foreign and domestic investors. This funding allowed LendMN to start developing technical solutions for the project.

“AND Global” is the parent company of “AND Systems” LLC and “LendMN NBFI” JSC, and is responsible for the investment, strategy, and management of the AND Group.

The young professionals at “AND Global” are introducing the LendMN application model, which is one of the complex financial technology solutions they have created and successfully implemented in Mongolia. They are also introducing other technologies they have created to countries in Southeast Asia and beyond.

“AND Global” has secured Series A investment from Marubeni Corporation and SBI Holdings, totaling 15.3 million US dollars. This is the largest Series A investment in Asia. As a result, the company’s valuation has now reached approximately 58 million US dollars.
