At the meeting of the Financial Regulation Committee on February 7, 2018, 25 percent of the 800 million shares of LendMN NBFI JSC, which is being reorganized as an open joint-stock company, was offered to the public through the Mongolian Stock Exchange. 12.5 percent or 100 million shares were sold to strategic investors and 12.5 percent or 100 million shares were traded and a total of 5.0 billion MNT was collected.
